Description

Tweco® Robotics Nozzle Assembly with eliminator features a 3-piece design and is patterned to work with robotic/fixed automation MIG guns. Nozzle Assembly with flush to 1/16" tip features a 1/2" Dia bore and has a G7 silicone insulator that renders electrical insulation from gas diffuser. Nozzle Assembly with straight design is suitable for light to medium duty welding applications up to 600 A and is applicable where longer electrical stick-out is required. Nozzle Assembly insert is formed from a solid brass that permits machining the internal threads to match the gas diffuser. Nozzle Assembly housing is formed from tellurium copper alloy bar for effective heat dissipation. Nozzle Assembly features bottle shaped geometry and does not need an additional insulator.
